Deep-drawing galvanized coil

Our company produces deep-drawing galvanized steel plate with bright surface and zero spangle, thickness ranges from 0.15-0.50mm, and width from 750-1250mm, which is mainly used for metal packaging, home appliances, automobiles, kitchen cabinets and building material (such as barrel making --barrel body, barrel bottom, and barrel lid).

Its outstanding features are as follows:

1. Soft deep drawing: the cold and hard grade is SPCC, and the hardness after galvanizing is no less than HRB55, which makes it the first choice for deep-drawing cans and may replace part of tinplate products; 

2. Excellent corrosion resistance: using Galfan alloy galvanizing technology for hot dip galvanizing process makes its corrosion resistance 2 to 3 times that of the ordinary galvanized plate with the same zinc layer.

3. Better processing performance: the coating layer is alloy of zinc, aluminum and rare earth, which enhances the ductility and distortion of the plate and adhesion zinc layer to the plate.

4. Good coating performance: by smoothing and straightening treatment right after coating process, the surface already has very good coating performance, it can also be passivated and oiled for direct use. The product has all the properties of the ordinary galvanized steel plate;
