Precautions for construction with color aluminum: Aluminum sheet alloyed with magnesium manganese is high cost-effective material for roofs and sidings. Aluminum alloy has been widely used in the construction industry, playing an important role for much more comfortable, light-weight, durable, economical, environment-protective of the modern buildings. Besides, aluminum sheet alloyed with magnesium manganese has more characteristics of fascinating surface and excellent water-proof ability.

Pay attention to the following during installation of color aluminum:

1、Hauling:

Steeves are necessary for hauling of color aluminum sheets;

Be sure that ropes and aluminum sheets are orthogonal with each other;

During hauling, pay attention to place aluminum sheets on the installation platform in the direction of installation to avoid turning them around;

During hauling, it is prohibitive to drag the sheets on the rough ground to prevent otiose damage with the surface.

2、On-site storage:

Before storage, be sure not put the sheets directly on the ground, better to leave some space between sheets and ground,

If some stains are found on the surface, scrub them in time to avoid blackening due to surface contamination.

it should be as soon as possible, and the surface will be blackened due to pollution.

3、If need to pile up the aluminum sheets, neither exceed 4 boxes nor putting the heavy stuff or treading on them is acceptable to protect the surface from damage.

4、The order of fixing screws should be in accordance to the direction in which the aluminum plate is laid, and the reverse fixing screws are prohibited. When cutting the sheets, better to operate on the platform on the ground. Be sure to remove the residuals on the surface.
5、Before connecting the aluminum sheets, do not forget to remove the protective plastic film and scrub the dusty area with a damp cloth.
